Personal Training

We begin with a brief introductory conversation. What are your motivations, what is your sports history and are there any injuries/things we need to consider. Then we start with a full body workout. Here we look at your strengths and weaknesses, note this via our app and help you with the perfect technique during the exercises. Finally, there will be a final conversation in which we go through the results. After this we will discuss what we can do for you.

Online Coaching

To keep track of your progress during your training and to get some tips & tricks on how to optimize your training, we have a body measurement.With body measurement we take the scales.Weight, muscle mass & fat percentage (scale & caliber) will be noted, body contours will be measured and taking pictures is optional.Furthermore, we can discuss your nutrition and calculate your ideal macro/calorie intake.
